All over the world, students have to take extreme measures to attend school, whether that’s trekking through mountains, walking for miles and miles, or even crossing rivers and lakes. Some students don’t attend due to the rigid structure placed in schools.

Equality Initiative believes that people have a fundamental right to receive an education. We want to make education accessible and affordable. Instead of sponsoring students or building schools in rural areas, we sponsor teachers and send them to the students. Our students range from 6 years old to 67. Our hope is to empower anyone, whether they are a child or an adult, that seeks an education and an opportunity to gain a further understanding of the world. By doing so, we aim to raise literacy levels and the standard of living.
